The Trinity 5K Run/Walk is a 3.1 mile course that with the help of the community will promote good health, cancer awareness, and cancer care/prevention care; as well as dealing with the disease. The is held at Greater New Bethel Sounds of Praise Church in association with the American Cancer Society. One hundred percent of all proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society to aid in research and victim services. This event is unique since there is no other of its kind in the Carolinas. Greater New Bethel SOP is the first church organization to partner with American Cancer Society with this type of event. We plan to unite the community, different cultural backgrounds, and diverse religious organizations to support a cause that affects everyone.
